Q: What is your policy on substitution?
Please call to discuss item(s) to be substituted. We customize all the time. We also reserve the right to substitute a product due to season or availability. We will use items of equal or greater value.
Q: Do you ship chocolate all year?
Chocolate products are substituted from May - September. Once again, products of greater or equal value replace the perishable chocolates.
Q: How are the shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charge is the UPS charge and our handling charge, which includes labor and the cost of box and packing materials. If local shipping charges are selected and are not part of our zip code list Auntie M exercises the right to determine best and most cost effective shipping method.
Q: What is your shipping area?
We ship globally via UPS and USPS. We do not ship to Post Office Box #'s. Unless specified, we ship ground which takes 1-7 days depending where the destination is. Complete addresses including contact,suite #, floor, and zip codes must be provided. There will be a $12.00 fee for any incorrect address.
Q: Is my gift message on a card or the mailing label?
Your message is handwritten on a gift card, at no additional cost, which is tied to the basket to make sure your message is seen and the recipient has a personalized card.

Q: When Will My Order Ship?
We make every attempt to ship within 24 hours of receipt. We suggest allowing extra time during the Holiday Season and for volume orders. Please call for arrangements for shipping during these periods.
